Northwest Wildfires
Supporting an organized disaster response during an active wildfire season.
First In Safety has been called into service for a wildfire response in the Northwest Region. From July 25 through August 8, our normal work continues while part of our leadership is deployed in support of communities affected by disaster.
Your support helps us remain prepared, stay operational, and continue building safer, stronger communities at home and beyond.
Deployment is more than travel. It means temporarily stepping away from normal routines to serve where conditions are changing quickly and where communities are facing uncertainty.

A scheduled two-week deployment with travel, orientation, field assignment, and return.
Turning preparedness, leadership, and emergency response experience into meaningful service.
First In Safety teaches people how to prepare, respond, and act with confidence during an emergency. Deployments allow that mission to be lived out in real time.
The experience and lessons brought home from the field strengthen our local training, preparedness education, community outreach, and future response capabilities.
We plan to share appropriate updates, preparedness information, photos, reflections, and lessons from the deployment whenever operational conditions allow.
For safety and privacy, some details may be delayed, limited, or not shared publicly.
